What is your Cancellation Policy?

For orders canceled after confirmation, we offer a 75% refund if canceled with more than 48 hour notice. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

Flower Care

  1. Refresh the Water: Immediately fill the vase with fresh water upon delivery. After that, change the water every 1-2 days, ensuring that the vase is clean each time. Fresh room-temperature water helps to prevent bacteria buildup, which can shorten the lifespan of the flowers.

  2. Keep the Flowers in a Cool, Dry Spot: Place the arrangement away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources such as radiators or appliances. Extreme heat can cause flowers to wilt faster, so a cool, shaded area is ideal for longevity

  3. Remove Wilting or Dead Flowers: Regularly check the arrangement and remove any wilted or dead flowers, leaves, or stems. This helps prevent mold or bacteria from spreading to the healthy flowers, allowing the remaining ones to stay fresh longer.

What areas do you deliver to?

We offer delivery within a 10-mile radius of the Silverlake area. Deliveries between 10 and 15 miles will incur an additional delivery fee.

How late can I place an order?

You can place an order up to 24 hours before the delivery date. However, please ensure you receive a confirmation notification.

What is your Subscription Policy?

Minimum Commitment
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 2 months. By subscribing, you agree to remain enrolled for at least this initial 2-month period.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 2-month commitment period, you may do so at any time. To cancel, please contact us at cowboypetals@gmail.com and we will happily assist you with the cancellation process.

Please note that cancellations are not accepted during the first 2 months of the subscription.
